Thank you for your your interest in becoming a Second Harvest of South Georgia member agency.  We distribute over 1 million pounds per month through our network of agencies.  Our programs can help you to further the impact of each dollar spent on your organization's ministry or outreach program. 

A few things to note prior to completing your organization's application:

• Second Harvest of South Georgia cannot serve individual shoppers.  We can only serve non-profit organizations, churches or church-sponsored agencies that serve the needy, the ill, children or elderly people.  In addition, products may be also be used to operate charitable programs that do not charge a fee for the food/items that they distribute.

• The application form provides us with the pertinent information necessary to begin the application process.  Download the PDF form from the link below.  Once you have completed the form, mail the original to:

• Please note that submitting a completed application does NOT automatically register an organization as an active agency.
